The mare moved in the dark of the night. The moon full and bright as it cased down over the landscape. It danced across her hide making her seem as if she was glowing. Walking down the river's bank she moved in a simple jog. The sound of splashing sounded in the air with her hoof-steps as she made her way from her jog to a stop. Eyes looking wide as she looked up at the stars before lowering her head down to the river. Taking a drink she smiled as she shifted. Turning away from the water she made her way to a tree and leaned against it. This should work for the night. She thought to herself as she settled down to sleep for the rest of the night, closing her eyes she listened with her perked ears. She as asleep, but only half asleep.

The large draft stud watched from the trees as a grey mare drank and then settled under a tree. He moved forward, sauntering towards the sound of the rushing water. The clydesdale stallion lowered his large head and drank. When he had drank his fill, he turned to face the large mare. Brutus smiled slightly, watching her for a moment as she slept. He walked forward a few more steps and looked up at the moon. "Hello." he said, voice deep and resonating as he turned his attentions back upon her. The clydesdale walked forward and nudged her shoulder, forcing her awake and to face him. He stayed where he was as he woke, making his presence known to her. "What are you doing here, lovely? Do you not know monsters come out at night?" he soothed, running his silken nose down her neck.

That is a wonderful way to greet someone. Shoving them while they slept, yea he would go far doing that. NOT! Not with her anyways as she slept she thought she heard someone say hello, but didn't wake up. It wasn't until someone nudged her shoulder that her eyes opened. Looking at the stallion her eyes where narrowed. It might have looked like she was just sleepy and couldn't get her eyes open, but no she was annoyed. Looking at the large stallion she wasn't scared, angry was building inside of her though. "Lovely? Monsters? I was sleeping your moron!" She said in a huff as she opened her mouth while he ran his nose down her neck. She reached her head forward quickly and aimed to bite his face just under one of his eyes. Her teeth closed quickly and hard for if she had successfully bitten him she wanted him to feel the pain and the sting of her annoyance.

She soon woke up, though her eyes ramined heavily lidded. "Yes, dear, monsters." the clydesdale stud replied, smirking at the grey wickedly. Her nip caught him by surprise, though it wasnt as bad as if possibly could have been- though he felt certain that it would leave a mark, perhaps even bleed a bit. "Now, now. Is that any way to greet a stranger?" Brutus inquired, tilting his large head to the side as his mane fell into his dark eyes. His nostrils flared slightly to take in more of her femenine scent, his long thick tail flicking in interest. "Now, would you care to tell me your name? Mine's Brutus." the draft said, sidling up beside the grey mare with a deep baritone nicker. (sorry it's short)
