The river rushes through the whole of Efre, and it winds through this small clearing before disappearing into the shadow-filled forest.

At the center of the forest lies a large lake fed by an underground spring. The water is cool and sweet and the trees cast shade upon the horses who wander here.

This forest of old, gnarled oak trees looks out over a steep cliff, mares have to watch their curious foals to ensure they don't stray too close to the edge.
